现代的老师，有哪些是这正因为热爱教育而来教书的呢？我坦白说，我们都很幸运，在华中的老师虽然有很多上课没有幽默感，可是多数的老师愿意帮助学生成长。不相信我你可以跟其他学校比一比。问题就是你要不要跟那个老师沟通：很多学生因为没有跟老师讲话或问他一些问题，而就认为这个老师是个外星人。因热爱教育而去教书的人真是很难找。很多人读完了书，想要当博士，律师，医生，搞创意的东西，因为这些工作的薪水很高。做老师虽然赚的钱是很低，如果热爱教育学者，你哪儿会管钱？

当然，我要谴责某些现代的学生。很多学生很像在家里没有受过什么道德教育，连尊敬老师都不会。也有一些很像没有被父母骂过的学生，真是无聊。他们以为现在新加坡是较高等的发展中国家，有人权，一被老师骂或说些不顺耳的话语，就立刻冲到朋友那儿讲老师的坏话。你以为你是谁？受西方红毛人影响就不需要尊师重道？？我不是要你把老师的话当成金科玉律，但是如果你把老师当成老师，至少当他是你的朋友吧。

well. after retiring from ncc officially i juz want to share some minor and major stuff online. this is very dangerous. but i dun really care alr. since every1 is tinking there's nothing wrong. i shall put some controversial stuff. if u tink so den y not correct on somewhere?

sometimes i wonder why ppl see me as not so enthu in ncc. i mean being a person in ncc u muz hav made some frens. and cos of the some frens i feel that it's nice being in ncc. then of course very unfortunately there are ppl more celebrated for this and thats. e.g. i hav many badges blah blah. at the end of the day do i care about ur badge? den some ppl also sae they like to wear no. 4 etc. i admit there are some ppl confirm dun like, cos their one too small too big etc. but i tink it's s2pid to proclaim o i like to wear no. 4. cos you can't describe properly. i like to wear no. 4, but i never go around saying. ppl will only see u as an idiot. some tings u juz hav to shut up about it seriously. i dun go around sae i love no.4 wad. it feels so attention seeking to me. dat's another ting i learnt. shut up at the 关键 times.

i only care about how true is the frenship. and this is why i sae some frenship can never be real. i can see very clearly for myself who my good frens are, frens, and acquaintances. i mean u oso hav to see clearly for urself. however, at a younger age, dat means as a cadet, i would sae let's be blind. dat's wad i did. i told myself ok every1 is a good fren. because it is good to get many contacts first. but now cannot alr. the situation is totally different. dat's wad i found after a few years in ncc. i open up my eyes, i saw so many danger. be it danger in my batch, danger in the juniors. i saw many dangers. be careful my babies. true frenship is difficult to forge, while fake frenship is easy like a piece of shit. for me, at this point of time, i have already opened up my eyes. wad about all of the others? are you willing to open up your eyes? haha.

another one that is more impt than only opening up your eyes. is about plp. i learnt to never plp in ncc. it will never bring you anywhere. u can actively be involved, but never plp so that u get involved and so u'll look more sexy. dat is the most s2pid ting to do. and those at the top, never get plp. if u succumb to plp, i'll be the first to giv u a good ass fking. succumbing to plp is despicable. and the guy hu plp is also as despicable. why u plp? will it help u? plp will only turn into a drug. plp once, den u hav to plp twice and so on. cos u cant stop, unless u suddenly change image which can be difficult. without plp, i've managed to be promoted. personally i didn't expect some of us sect ppl hu hav been practising the extremist doctrine of sect 秘籍 to get promoted, since it wasn't the norm. not sae i was the most involved person also, and all of us didn't bother to plp, but some of us got promoted in the end.

lastly as a hci person and then involved in ncc, i've learnt to be more discerning than ever. that's one of the biggest lesson to learn oso. very soon u'll understand wad is critical and creative thinking. i tink caring thinking? erps. dat's under critical and creative tinking. but anyway i've learn to be critical and discerning. very impt skills in life. some people are not critical and discerning. they are just following the crowd or following the boss. which is the most stupid ting to do. if u follow the boss when the boss is out to use u as a dog and/or waste ur time, why u listen to the boss? tell him, hey idiot, u power? u can go and hav sex somewhere in geylang. i like certain people. u all are discerning enough to tell where's the loophole and not treat one person as some genius when he's just another nerd. and u're critical enough to see the character of a person. very good. u may not be 100% correct, but at least u get the 40-50%, that's alr very good. i mean i can't guarantee a 100% since there are limitations, e.g. knowing the person well enough is the most impt factor. discerning and thinking person. someting i learnt that is very impt from ncc. as well as some parts of thinking, i hav to thank the few months i've been wif the soccer coach. although he very much toking about sex and soccer, but there are some lessons i've learnt from him.

every1 like to honourable mention ppl. so i oso like to honourable mention a few ppl that hav been very nice to me during my ncc life. why? there is a communication. communication of something dat i really cannot describe. duno how to describe. wadeva.

first i wan to honourable mention sect ppl. 我们有个 specially written 秘籍. powerful. we practise it for very long, and i hope the next batch would write their own. (reveal some parts: how to make sexy trapezium, how to make sexy quads, how to be a shooter during camp ok enough revealing) especially jonj, for going for football often and we tok more than football sometimes, also during the route march when we carry 10kg extra and no one saw us? erps. and i tink i shld honourable mention all of u, including part d ps and aps, for enjoying the music i make haha, even when it is quite shitty i may make u all shut ur mouths.

then i wan to honourable mention my proj members. although sometimes we hav ncc stuff but well we still hav good time in the lab, even if there are times when we are sick of doing so much of those lab work.

lastly i wan to honourable mention 2 juniors, yangcheng and gordon. my eyes opened early, i knew u both had something special. even though at the start i thought u all fake, but after knowing u 2 better, i was sure u both would become some leader. as i always sae, there is no definition for leader. anyway u are lucky to spot me and yu running sia. impressed.

i'm no hitler, i cannot do magic propaganda, and i also believe propaganda is the worst ting to do although it must be present. all i can sae is after a few years in ncc, i've learnt many tings, some can describe some cannot. as usual, it's all a combination. i learn tings in ncc, and being an ncc person in hci i learnt tings oso. i won't sae i learnt everyting in ncc, but without ncc i tink i would be very shallow. e.g. by having npcc good frens and some other good frens in other cca, i tink i am able to open up my eyes properly. but without ncc, my eyes wouldn't be as opened as now what i am.

i just remembered. nellying for basically nothing is useless. it's just like nellying dota. does it bring u to the wcg? erps.

what is frenship to u? wad a joke. when many ppl are asked, they dun define it. i can't define it oso. unfortunately. but i noe the basis of a proper frenship is the communication of feelings. and this isn't present in many people nowadays. why dowan to communicate feelings? it's a joke that when many ppl aren't doing so, they still call others their good frens. if they call themselves frens still ok. calling these people ur good frens? u're blinding urself. open up ur eyes kids. look at what is happening. acquaintance or fren? hi.

有其他的人还好一点，比较容易谈得来，但是他们的缺点就是没有注意别人。他们可能会较了解一些人的心理，但是很可惜没有为比较不俗的人们着想。世界是残酷的。有时小小的错误选择，别人就会当你是一堆垃圾。对阿，我也认为一些人是垃圾，因为他们的思想行为举止令我很恶心。我每次怀疑他们的父母有没有教过他们。养不教，父之过。呵呵。

哈哈。有几个小朋友已经跟我讲请别用华语在这儿谈谈“时事”。随便吧，可能我可以一半一半。现在人家要我们精通双语，但是当然因为我讲的华语和英语不是最流畅标准的，所以写字打字时搞出来的都病句连篇。
