i laugh at s'pore sports scene not publicising all those ulu sports, esp bowling where we hav much potential to do well. bowling is a no-life sport, and all asians hav the potential to do it. see m'sia, korea, japan, middle east area esp UAE. all doing rather well.

let's address my hollows then. i shld. now maybe i will feel back to normal after twenty years of 徘徊。
tink about it. maybe i believe that i have lost my place in many ppl. probably i have lost my place. and why i believe that so? because i lack money. i lack the showing of money. because i hav this lack of showing of money and other desirables, ppl hav no point talking to me. so in fact, ppl started to talk to others instead of me. that is natural.
and here, wad is these other desirables? many. in refutation to ytd's comments, i shall say some stuff. money play a big part in deciding your status. butt there is quite a few factors other than money. how about talent? how about genius? how about your mouth and communication skills? how about your empathy? how about your creativity? how about your cool temperament? these are not so directly linked to money. but they do affect ur status. why so? they give you that attractiveness.
attractiveness is not only money. (attractive here as in your probability to forge a good interpersonal relationship wif another person.) all these, talent, creativity, temperament, style affect your attractiveness other than money. of course, the need of money is always an intrinsic thing. you will look for money, or the lack thereof of money, for different intents and purposes. but the thing is these factors can play a bigger role than money in affecting your attractiveness, mainly because ppl judge each other differently.
i may see money of tantamount importance, another may see fine arts talent as a crucial attribute. it is variable. this variable view causes ceteris paribus in comparing ppl impossible. yea. impossible. you can judge ppl in terms of one thing. BUT never in all aspects. hu is a better person? you can never answer this question unless you narrow the scope to one aspect, at max a few aspects.

well. as i see one day on a facebook, there is a grp called sth along the lines of i've been trying to forget you but when i see you again all has failed. hmm maybe maybe.
mo qing di ba fong xiang noh cui song... gu gu dan dan di noh yao din tong.... haha. so hu's lost? i tink there are many. some appear good. some appear bad. but yer noe, 良莠不及。in a sense. it's like a camouflaging. now tings are blurred. we duno. we are confused. we use gut feeling. sometimes wrong and right again. den in the process, we'll have certain wrong tinking, we'll have certain different perceptions. and these difference in perception cause big problems among us.
tink about the recent stuff in m'sia. it's a good example of perception. and the most intriguing thing that i read on the news is some islam scholar who wrote that muslims shld defend christians as their own brother, and this doctrine is spoken by muhammad himself. as in Prophet Muhammad. i was quite taken aback. instead, we see some racial and religious tensions. hard world eh haha.

i tink the h3 teacher share same values as me. science nowadays at the a and o level is instituionalised. science at the end of the day is up for debate when u have a say in it. WHEN YOU HAVE A SAY IN IT. at least. scientists can go debate about science. and therefore it is a open topic. but unfortunately, what we're learning now is controlled one. scientific knowledge is like a communist ideology. hehe. tink about it, researchers now are still doing research. why? cos there's room for debate. so u research. but again, u will only hav a say in science until u're a big fat ass. thus, as student, maybe we shld shuddup.

A sure bet for S'pore
I REFER to last Wednesday's commentary, 'Casinos are best bet for revenue', by Mr Derek da Cunha.
He makes the point that the integrated resorts (IRs) need their casinos to make a profit, and Singapore can help. One way is to allow casinos to open before the IRs are complete.
Sure. Why not? But it is part of a bigger concern: With so much riding on the casinos, what if they don't get enough gamblers? The IRs could actually lose money.
True. Both IRs cost about $14 billion, making them among the most expensive in the world. Their debts are enormous, and it is expected to take a lot of gamblers to pay for it all.
Marina Bay Sands estimates gross profits at US$1 billion (S$1.4 billion), with the casinos generating 75 per cent of the profits.
What if the gamblers don't show up to make it happen? Heaven forbid. Would our grand experiment fail?
Absolutely not. Singapore is in a win-win situation. Construction is complete. No one is going to pull down those big, beautiful buildings or shut down the roller coasters.
The worst that could happen is that the IRs go bankrupt, but it's not as bad as it sounds. Ownership could change. A few top managers would probably be sacked. The banks might get repaid more slowly.
Mostly, however, the casinos would simply operate on a smaller scale. They might open 200 gaming tables instead of the 1,000 they are permitted now. It's no big deal, and customers probably wouldn't even notice the difference.
On the downside, shareholders could lose 100 per cent of their investment, but don't cry for them. For the most part, the owners are wealthy, foreign risk-takers who went into this with their eyes open.
Take Mr Sheldon Adelson, 76, the largest shareholder of Las Vegas Sands, which owns Marina Bay Sands. Forbes magazine estimated his wealth at US$9 billion as at September last year. Even if no gamblers show up in Singapore, he will still survive in luxury.
The biggest effect from less gambling is simply that billions of dollars would not flow from consumers to wealthy casino owners.

ask urself. omnia vincit amor? does love conquer all? will love be a purifying power? or is love a pragmatic test of your societal value? in this screwed world, love is very much a pragmatic test of your societal value.

chinese say, 感情是可以培养的。i believe this statement. if a couple once reciprocated their love for each other, i do not believe that if they separate, they cannot come back together again. they juz nid to realise what love can do for each other. if they tink they're forcing themselves into a relationship, then why come together in the 1st place?

sometimes god will take care of u.
i look out of my window. i see a nice fat rainbow. ahh nice. slacking day for me. den the fat rainbow does give some joy. they say, 不经过风雨，怎么见彩虹，没有人可以随随便便成功。quite true. either u strike lucky, or u have learnt the hard way to become ultra determined and learning from previous attempts and experiences.

people like to use festive seasons to reflect.
good choice. reflecting is good. and festive season u hav the time.
but i wonder, a lot of ppl when they reflect, they only reflect either: I am pro. or I have been a noob. lousy thinking. why not reflect and generate new ideas, ways to improve urself, through the process of criticising every aspect of urself? keep the good aspects, and tink of ways to change the parts of you that are not so good. liddat wad. where can stop at i am pro or i am noob? liddat not constructive at all, wad a waste of time.
of course, it's also good to tink back on some memories. but dwelling on them too long, either good or bad won't do u any good oso. cos the world is a bad world, it progress without u. unless you're a poet and u're looking at past experience to write poem and books.

hambone! hey rob stone... hambone!
yea suck my hambone man....
pete weber may not make sense. but he does do a good job at picking weird splits eh? 4-9, 3-4-6-7. by right, he picked every 3-4-6-7 he left on television telecasts. HAHA.
i do not make sense also. on an apparently oily day, i hav decided to use plastic ball. but nevermind. tired ppl cannot make sense anw. HAHA. time for aestivation, hibernation, and rem and nrem. and wadeva la.
