failure of system: no tangible aim. wad's the idea wif the percentile marks method in o level?

e.g. my main fkin concern. the higher chinese. seriously. i may speak chinese. i may b 华语酷 cock talker. but the thing is that, there is no aim whether i will get b4. cos the marks is by percentile. which is weird. cos u muz fight wif others in the society. and not like aim for a score. which is very very very hard to accept. wad's wrong? there is soemthing wrong. u c, normally a1 is 75%. so u try to aim 75%. but if u get 75% of score, u may not b guaranteed a1. i wonder wad's wrong wif ppl. they shld set the grade there. it is more fair. then ppl can aim for that grade.

yes, by doing the percentile thing, there can b competition. but compete for wad? b usain bolt? it's not. this is studying well. how well u study, why u go compare wif other ppl? why not aim for a nice number? the smart ones will sae aiya no problem. sure bo? i wonder wad's up. maybe other ppl up in the higher seats hav their own policies. but i dun understand their thinking.
