many a time, happiness is a zero sum game for oneself. if sth goes out well, sth will go out wrong. tink about it. if i hav 2 frens, if i were to b friendlier wif one of them, i will have to be less frinedly wif another. i increase happiness oneside, and decrease happiness oneside. on a more practical level, let's sae u are interested in both soccer and basketball to the same extent. but only hav one afternoon to play. u hav to forgo soccer for baseketball or vice versa. if u go do both, u will probably lose out since u cannot hav the enjoyment of playing soccer/bball for 2hr straight.

so wif a screwed mind, i bowled a fully closed game during training. //XX/XX///X.

well done. keep up the form man. technique getting more feel oso. good for health. but bad for mental health. see? pareto efficient HAHA

sorry, u're not big. but not bad, u can chase me off my table by disgusting me. for the sake of ur health and financial health, seriously, stop smoking and drinking at the freakin same table as me. out of sight out of mind plz. if u wan to chase me off, at least ask me whether can sit nicely 1st, instead of complaining abt my balls, my bag and me taking up too much of space. i will giv u the table willingly if u ask me.

well so i made off to kfc juz to fiddle wif more newmans, chairs and resonating pictures.

wrt bowling, still nid to make more improvements. basic muz keep, then progress with some other small details esp timing and swing and step.

duno. was a good day for some reason i duno hahahahhaa

so far everything not so zai. let's turn it around!

1st muz up chiongster. 2nd muz up bowling prac. 3rd time to start going back to gym, at least the legs. lacking my burst feeling again. and in case of injury oso. crucial to strengthening. call me humji, but it's a precaution which i tink is worth taking.

but muz always rmb in the process, muz gain talent. if u noe wad talent i referring to. HAHA!!

as i said previously, everyone has part to play. it's juz like ur body. ur hands, feet, stomach, blood system, nerves, all have their own impt portion to play. if ur the hand, dun try to become the blood. dun gey kiang. u hav ur own job, do that job, dun ka jiao. unless u got skills upgrading.

it's the same that ppl all are a part of society. some ppl are abit more marginalised, unfortunate, not there. some ppl lack recognition. some ppl are up there, achiever, popular, of good repute. but wad's the most impt? dun jealous or hav problem wif each other. do ur job, live with self-esteem. why u go and tink u're lousy or this person lousy?

some ppl hu dun talk much actually do hav great self-esteem and direction, although they are not the highest achiever or the best speaker. in fact, alot of ppl hu hav greater abilities usually hav a hollow within themselves. low self-esteem. the only reason why they are trying to achieve more, is to fill this hollow up, but unfortunately it juz gets deeper.

well my advice is simple - tell urself u're 赢者,强者,智者. if u did ur part to the best of ur abilities, did not gey kiang, did not look down on urself unnecessarily and believed in wad u do, ur are one good person alr.

o ya which brings me to the point. when u hav self-esteem alr, and do not b an extra kia, it's good alr. for both less standing out, and more prominent ppl, wif good self-esteem it's not only good for urself. it's good for ppl around u. u'll hav greater capacity to b kinder, to treat others with respect, to spread care and love for others. this is a positive. one person's positive mindset and attitude will lead to others being inspired to be positive too. and then love and are will be spread. thus, dun 看扁 urself or others too easily. dun lose ur respect for urself. there's no point. it only leads to ppl being unhappy, juz like how love and care will spread. which shld we spread? sorrows? u can share ur troubles so as to seek help, but do not make everyone unhappy wif u or wif others or cause problems for others.

keep up ur good work, as it positively affects everyone!
